Membership

Founded in 2000, Wildbird Recovery has been an asset to our community for 24 years. Our memberships are a wonderful way to help the wild birds admitted to Wildbird Recovery and to support educational resources needed for our dynamic programs offered in Butler County, PA and surrounding communities. Being a valued member means that you support our mission and values. Together, we are making a positive difference to help wild birds and to educate the public on how to conserve the natural resources native to Pennsylvania.

There are 5 categories of memberships offered to our supporters. After each category, there is a Membership Form that can be accessed by clicking the colored button. The Membership Form contains specific details including benefits and membership pricing. The Membership Form will need to be completed. Once submitted, a representative from Wildbird Recovery will reach out to you and assist with processing the payment. Please check your email “SPAM” folder to avoid missing any communications from our organization. Wildbird Recovery is a 501(c)(3) non-profit (EIN #25-1873220) and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

The Traditional Membership offers exclusive discounts to our members that include the following:

  • Members enjoy a 10% discount on all Wildbird Recovery Gift Shop purchases
  • Member pricing on special events and educational programs throughout the year
  • Members receive our emailed newsletter
  • Members receive a digital membership card send via email

The Traditional Membership is valid for one year from date of purchase. The membership and benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All membership perks are subject to change.

The WBR Donor Society was created for people like you who recognize the value that our organization brings to wild birds and people within the community. You opt to receive all of the features of a Traditional Membership (Family). In addition, your higher level of financial commitment entitles you to greater benefits. Membership within the WBR Donor Society is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Memberships and benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All membership perks are subject to change.

The Corporate Partners is a way for your organization’s corporate philanthropy initiatives to support Wildbird Recovery. We will work with you to develop an opportunity that works for your team.

The Endowment Fund is for members of the Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy Society that have made an investment of exemplary proportions. Each has made the personal decision to designate through their estate plans or to make a direct gift valued at $25,000 or more to help grow our endowment. Society members recognize Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy, home of Wildbird Recovery, as a valued place for the community of Western PA. Also, members are leading the way to protect and preserve the diverse species that call Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy their home. Such gifts provide a legacy and members are honored and listing in perpetuity.
